Shiseido Luminizing Satin Eye Color in GR222

Hey guys! Good morning. So, let's get down to business. Today I thought I'd swatch one of my prettiest aqua eyeshadows for you. It's called the Shiseido Luminizing Satin Eye Color in GR222, an aqua green iridescent eyeshadow that reflects gold. I know, it sounds awesome!

The color looks like a swimming pool on a hot summer day, with barely any clouds in the blue sky. Ehem. Before I get overly poetic, here's a skin swatch of GR222. :P

The texture felt off at first, because my first impression is that it's powdery - but it's not. The pigment is rich but there is a white gold base. The gold only shows at a certain angle, which is sooo hard to catch on cam whilst looking absolutely gorgeous in person.

I prefer to wear it with gold and brown eyeshadow. It's a cool color so it's best to balance it with warm tones, especially on darker Asian skin tones like mine.
