Hear ye, hear ye! Benefit Cosmetics is now open in Rustan's Shangri-La, just today! Girls up north do not need to travel to Makati anymore to get their Benefit fix. Oh, the Brow Bar is also available there so you can get your eyebrows done to perfection while shopping for cheeky makeup.
