Lipstick monster

I eat lipsticks for lunch. Ok not really, but I can if I wanted to! Hehe. I think I have 140+ lip products lying around here - and counting. It's fun to have so many choices, but I often forget what I have! Need to do something about that soon.

Anyway here are some new lipsticks I received from my kind brand benefactors. Each of them has an amazing formula but if you ask me, that's just not as important as the color. ;) Which one is your favorite?

First up, I have the Artdeco High Performance Lipstick in 487. It's a dark plummy purple packed with silver frost. Kinda intimidating if you think about it, but that's precisely why I like it. it's a fierce, commanding color that says "take me seriously or else!" 

 

You can wear it in the office with matte neutral eyeshadows, or during a night out with flashing smoky eyes. It's not a shade for everyone. I'd even say it's an acquired taste. But if you're morena then this is a unique color to look into!

Next, I have the L'Oreal Color Riche Lipstick in 377 Perfect Red. It's a bright, almost neon red that takes no hostages. It actually looks a bit orange in person, which is odd, but I think it works. It's a red that really grabs attention!

I like the luxe gold packaging and intense pigmentation. Winner!

Lastly I have a sample tube of the Guerlain Rouge G Lipstick in Rose Innocent. I already reviewed Galia - such a pretty MLBB! Rose Innocent is a sheer milky pink. The formula is still superb but I find that it's too pale for my skintone.

This would work best on fairer girls. As for me, I just use it on top of the Benefit Posie Tint so that it doesn't look too light.
