All done: Products I’ve hit pan on

It’s rare for me to finish products because I apply them sparingly and I’m lucky enough to get new things to try all the time. I have intense love affairs with some things, but these fizzle out once I “discover” one that’s better - eventually. Not all the time. Sometimes, a product is so good that I do finish it up and even purchase backups!

So, here are things that I recently finished or just about to finish up. It goes without saying that my wallet is weeping right this moment T_T.

Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover. Goodness, I don’t know how long I’ve had this! Maybe two years? Anyway it’s my favorite product to use when removing waterproof mascaras and deep-staining lipsticks. It doesn’t sting my eyes and melts off most things right away.

Nivea Body UV Whitening Serum SPF25 PA++. This body lotion is ultra light even with the SPF25. It also seems to even out my skintone if I use it regularly and generously. Perhaps the only downside is that, since it’s so thin, I have to use a LOT per application - but for P200+ per tube, it’s hard to nitpick.

Bifesta Sebum Cleansing Lotion. This is love. It takes off everything (that is not waterproof) and cleanses the skin really well. It feels exactly like water so there’s no sting or discomfort as I wipe off all my makeup with it. I’m just disappointed that it takes a lot of liquid and cotton pads per usage but it is fairly affordable (around P400) after all.

Artdeco Camouflage Cream Concealer. I tried to look for other cosmetics that I am about to finish, but it turns out that this concealer is the only one. It’s a staple in my kit so I use it more or less each time I leave the house! This concealer’s opaque coverage, lasting power, and fairly affordable price (about P500) makes it a winner.

Kiehl's Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleanser. This is one of the best things that ever happened to my skin. Because of it I don’t have to worry about blackheads and pimples anymore since it cleans so well! I’m so hiyang with it! Definitely hoard-worthy.

Shu Uemura TSUYA Skin Serum. And this is the other best thing that happened to my skin. Ever since I started using it my skin is brighter, less spotty, less pimply - just clearer overall. I feel that it revived my face somehow! The price makes me gulp (P3,000) but it’s a fantastic product so I’ll just close my eyes at the till. ;)

This is a serum that’s best used underneath a moisturizer, but during the day when it’s really hot I use this as a moisturizer by itself. Then I just use an SPF base from Bobbi Brown or a foundation with a high SPF.

So those are products I’ve hit pan on. How about you, are you about to finish anything soon? What do you love most about your staples?
