Five years ago, Project Vanity was born out of a college student's desire to write about her adventures in beauty finds and application. Nothing fancy, you understand, but the blog has always been about honest, thorough reviews and insights into anything from lipstick to life in general.

Today I still can't believe how Project Vanity and its community has grown! I have published 1,950 blog posts so far, and currently receive over 180,000 page views on a monthly basis. About 70,000 people visit it every month!

I'm not going to be coy about it - I'm proud of the work I do here, and I'm proud that many of you guys have trusted me through the years. I love beauty blogging. I'm grateful that you appreciate that passion, and for all your kind comments and support everyday.

That said, I would like to ask for your help in voting for me at the Stylebible.ph Virtual Style Awards. I, along with four other beauty bloggers, have been nominated in the top Beatuty Blogger category.
