I like to pretend that I'm not busy and that my time is completely mine, but that's not true. I have to power through tasks and commitments that are time bound just like anyone working a full time job. Not complaining because my schedule is still pretty good - just that, sometimes, I forget really important things like keeping track of and paying my bills on time.

I've definitely gotten better since I now post my bills where I can always see them. I also get a little help from apps such as the latest one from Smart called MyPostpaid. This nifty tool allows me to view my billing statement on the go, as well as to customize my postpaid plan and see Smart news and promos wherever I am.

It's free to download at the Google Play Store or on the App Store. Once you have it you have to log in with your Smart number and password (same as your online access) and then check out the extensive menu on the left. It has all the information you need about the network - a lifestyle magazine, support, a list of contact numbers, Smart stores, list of payment websites, and Smart's e-commerce store.

You can also see your outstanding balance and due date for your reference.
