You can cry in this 500-peso eyeliner

The Brow Lash Ex Liquid Eyeliner (P500 from BCL Philippines) found me through a random press kit some months back. I was confused by the name - who won’t be? - but silliness aside this is one of the best liquid liners I’ve ever tried. Once again the Japanese has proven that they know their eye makeup better than anyone else! 

The Brow Lash Ex is super black in just one layer and sets into a matte finish. Staying power is unbelievable. It doesn’t smudge or smear on me even after 10 hours, in fact, it’s my go-to liner now when I know I’ll be out the whole day. It's not waterproof but it's highly water-resistant. Even if you sweat copiously and cry, as long as you don't rub it, it won't move.

It has a felt tip. It’s also one of those skinny liners for creating very precise marks. I normally don’t like felt tip applicators nor micro-liners but this just works! The tip is actually quite soft and bendy, almost like a brush. It’s very easy to create my desired outline and then to fill it in with smaller strokes. I can make a barely there line or a flamboyant cat eye - no problem! The Brow Lash Ex is quite versatile.

I don’t have any complaints so far. I’ve been using it regularly for over two months now and I see no signs of it drying up. ^_^ Love it and will buy this as soon as I’m out!
