We’ve got a wild bag of surprise announcements that include more yuletide treats from Kat Von D, makeup inspired by a holiday drink, and a new way to go crazy over everyone’s favorite pocket monsters. Catch Em’ While You Can!
Thanks to Pokémon Go, most of us are now glued to our phones, walking more often and being a lot more chill during traffic jams. Well, the fever is clearly catching on because Korean cosmetics brand TonyMoly has just released a Pokémon inspired skin care collection! You can now catch your favorite Pokémons on hand creams, sheet masks, and facial washes! Seoul-y available in Korea (see what we did there?) these babies cost a mere SGD $7 (around P240) for the hand cream and SGD $9.60 (around P330) for the facial wash, and are just so adorably packaged! They even each have their own unique scent like Pikachu’s Vanilla, Charmander’s Grapefruit, Jigglypuff’s Peach, and Snorlax’s Lavender (how appropriate). Wish we could add them all to our beauty Pokédex!
We have no word yet on when (and if) this collection will arrive in the Philippines, but we're keeping our fingers crossed! We'll definitely update you.

Happy Holidays from Kat Von D!
Just when you thought the excitement surrounding Kat Von D and her recent Too Faced collab was enough to make your heart skip a beat, the tattooed beauty just revealed that she’s coming out with a holiday liquid lipstick set that will get you buzzing, crying and most importantly, saving. Aptly named the Everlasting Obsession Liquid Lipstick Collector’s Edition set (well that was a mouthful), makeup junkies are treated to 15 liquid lipsticks ranging from her cult classic like A-Go-Go to Beloved, as well as two brand new shades! Retailing at a whopping 240 dollars, this kit doesn’t come cheap but if you’re a big liquid lipstick fan, you probably won’t want to sit this one out.
If that’s making your wallet cry, Kat will also be releasing an Everlasting Mini Liquid Lipstick set, retailing for just $49. It will feature eight mini versions of her best-selling shades, so if you’re just starting on your Kat Von D collection, this would make a great starter pack!

The Kim K Approved Palette
Move over Kylie - it looks like older sister Kim Kardashian is going crazy over a new eyeshadow palette: the Anastasia Beverly Hills x Mario Palette! That’s right, guys. Kim’s personal makeup artist and Master Class Guru Mario Dedivanovic has just come out with his very own eyeshadow palette in collaboration with cosmetics brand ABH! Though it has only been teased via Kim’s Snapchat, it seems that it will features 12 shades of warm-hued goodness, ranging from shimmers to lush matte hues. Mario even named two shades after the Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star, called “Kim” (a golden bronze) and “Muse” (a metallic rose). It’s set to launch in October but if you’re based in Dubai, better find out how to get into that Master Class session!

Pumpkin Spice on fleek!
It’s hard to appreciate fall when we live in a tropical country, but it’s the season when the Western world goes crazy for a favorite seasonal drink. The obsession has reached new heights though as you can now enjoy pumpkin spice latte in highlighter form! It doesn’t smell anything like its namesake so that should keep anyone from being tempted to eat the product (remember that kid who ate a Too Faced Chocolate Bar?) but it gives a gorgeous peachy-golden glow that even has us lemming. It’s made by an Etsy brand called FeatherRiverBody, known for their homemade mineral makeup. The best part? It’s only $5!

Tarte’s sets the gold standard with new brush collab
Another week, another new collaboration. Tarte is wowing us (yet again) as they team up with YouTube and Instagram makeup guru NicolConcilio to create an utterly decadent brush set! The Tarte x NicolConcilio brush set consists of six gorgeously gold brushes for creating a full makeup look, all for just $39 a set. Though they sold out in a hot minute during their presale back in August, the brushes are now available online at the Tarte website! Better head on over there fast because these brushes are highly coveted and, did we mention, limited edition.
