The Sweet (And Glamorous) Escape
Well, she certainly ain’t no hollaback girl! Remember when we broke the news on Serena Williams possibly starting her own makeup line? Well, we’ve got the scoop on the latest celebrity jumping on that cosmetic bandwagon and we have to admit, it’s pretty exciting! Known for her signature platinum blonde hair and vibrant red lips, Gwen Stefani is the latest celeb to put down a patent for something that resembles makeup and beauty. As per TMZ, the singer laid down patents for P8NT, P8NT Cosmetics, P8NT Beauty, and P8NT by Gwen Stefani. Based on the patent, the lines will include products like lipsticks, liners, moisturizers, powders, oils, sunscreens, and more! Although Gwen has already had successful collabs with brands like Urban Decay and her very own L.A.M.B., this will be the star’s first foray into the world of makeup via her own company. We’re excited to see if she’ll bring out a signature red lippie!

Rock The Boat
After months of teasers, we finally get a sneak peek of the MAC x Aaliyah Collection! Set to hit stores this summer, the collection is inspired by the late singer’s style, music, and beauty philosophy. So far, we've spotted two products to look forward to. The first is a 9-pan eyeshadow palette that includes browns, golds, and a beautiful deep violet, with matte and shimmer finishes. Meanwhile, the other has the internet buzzing with excitement because it looks like we’ll be getting the perfect nude lippie in this collection! The bullet has a warm-nude shade and a matte finish that has ogling. No word yet on product names or prices but we can expect to get our hands on the Aaliyah collection online in June 20 and in stores June 21!
