The Top 3 Matte Lipsticks from INGLOT
I think that by now, we've ascertained that the matte lip is more than a passing trend. Brands like Inglot have come up with different formulas in beautiful shades just to sate our thirst for everything matte, from liquid, to pencil, to the traditional bullet lipstick. I've got three picks here that are constant bestsellers - let me know what you're loving the most!
The Inglot Lipstick Matte in 425 (P895) is a rosy pink with a brown base. It's a flattering shade any skin tone can't go wrong with; it has a brighter hue to it compared to the usual MLBB. It's a bit thick as it is a matte lipstick but it stays well on the lips, lasting about 4-5 hours with some drinking. I recommending using a lip balm beforehand to allow it to glide on better!
The Inglot AMC Lip Pencil Matte in 34 (P995) can be used as a full lip color or a lip liner, according to what you need. It's a daring berry red that works so well on my coloring! I like that the pointed tip can be sharpened with its own sharpener (detachable from the bottom) so you can get a precise line. Its texture is hard, very much like the usual lip pencil, which allows it to stick on the lips better. It stays on my lips for 4-5 hours as well!
Finally, an older fave - the Inglot HD Lip Tint Matte in 17 (P1,150). I reviewed this last April when it was first released, and I've been using it regularly since then! It's my perfect nude as it's not too pale or too cool. The liquid formula is super easy to work with and dries into a powdery finish that doesn't feel like my lips are encased in cement. This is definitely one of the best matte liquid lipsticks I've tried, the one that convinced me to reconsider the formula.
