MAC Snow Ball Collection: PH product list + prices
The holidays have become a full-on production number with the grand displays of twinkling lights and the thoroughly planned decor themes. For beauty lovers out there, the holidays take on another layer of fun as this is the most wonderful time of year to get glam, with emphasis on the shimmer and sparkle! Always on the pulse of the season’s trendiest, MAC thinks up a new and exciting way to bling it up with the Snow Ball collection.
Highly giftable individual pieces and value sets in gold and silver make up the festive, limited edition spread. TBH, the loot is so pretty that you may want to keep those gifts for yourself! (Heck, it’s looking to be a one-for-you, one-for-me situation. ^,^) Twinkling gold facets replace the classic shimmery black MAC packaging. The spread features six lipsticks (P1,050 each), five eyeshadow singles (P1,400 each), two types of false lashes (P1,050 per pair), two face powders (P2,100 each), and an adornment (P1,000). The lippies, shadows, and powders are either in sparkle, shimmer, or pearl finishes, with the exception of one lipstick in matte and another in amplified.
The addictive vanilla scent may be a signature MAC lipstick feature, but the Shadescents are show stealers that give life and added depth to their corresponding lipstick colors. For this season, MAC has three Snow Ball Shadescents Kits containing matching lipsticks and fragrance rollerballs in pouches that go for P2,100 each. The available Shadescents are Creme d’Nude, Candy Yum Yum, and Ruby Woo.
For the ultimate trial experience, the 12-piece Snow Ball Mini Lipstick Kit of MAC Classics retails for P6,750. It’s undoubtedly a splurge, but the MAC collector is sure to appreciate the equally luxurious presentation: textured gold cases and color-matched lipstick tubes for Diva, Ruby Woo, Mangrove, Little Darling, Velvet Teddy, Whirl, Stone, Rebel, Flat Out Fab, Good Kisser, Please Me, and Party Commencing.
Sport the glow on your face and in your purse! The Snow Ball Face Bag at P3,500 each contains an Extra Dimension Skinfinish in either Show Gold or Whisper of Gilt, and a 140SE synthetic full fan brush. Starry eyes and pouty lips make up the P2,750 Snow Ball Eye & Lip Bag. Each one contains a tube of Crystal Glaze Gloss, Dazzleliner, and a Foiled Shadow. These sets come in a sequined pouch
Make it monochromatic with the Snow Ball Brush Kits for P4,000. All in silver, the Basic Brush Kit features a powder brush, a pointed foundation brush, an all-over shadow brush, a smudging liner brush, and a brow groomer. For more detailed work, the gold-all-over Advanced Brush Kit includes an angled powder, foundation, large shadow, and small shadow brushes as well as a bent pointed liner brush. Both sets are contained in a foiled pouch with crumpled effect that can double as a party clutch. An even more express version can be found in the 3-piece rose gold Snow Ball Mini Brush Kit for P2,600 that has a powder brush, a rounded shadow brush, and an angled liner brush that are all inside a mirror-shine foiled clutch.
Of course, we’d be remiss if shimmering eyes didn’t make the list! The Snow Ball Eye Compact for P2,900 is a 6-pan palette in Rose Gold or Gold that features an assortment of primarily textured (sparkle, pearl, lustre, frost) and matte shadows. Each palette also includes a dual-ended applicator. The Snow Ball Eye Bag (P2,800) features a selection of either Smoky Pink or Smoky Gold. Inside the mesh and snow patterned pouch is a 2-pan shadow palette, a Graphblack Technakohl Liner, and a Black Extreme in Extreme Dimension Mascara. For the lushest of holiday lashes, the Snow Ball Mascara Kit (P1,550) is composed of a trio of mascaras, two black and one clear. For a little bit of freestyling fun, the Snow Ball Pigment & Glitter Kit in Gold or in Pink contains three mini bottles of pigment in a sequined pouch for turning up the bling.
Last but not the least, more lippies this way come. Because good things come in threes, the much-awaited mini lipsticks are in trio form for the Snow Ball Mini Lipstick Kit at P2,250 per set. The cutie kit in tiny sequined pouches come in Cool, Pink, and Warm variants. For that “extra” pout, the Snow Ball Lip Bag (P2,500) goes the full lip kit route with a lip pencil, lipstick, and lipglass in Nude or in Red. If a shiny pout is more your speed, then the Snow Ball Mini Lip Gloss Kit (P2,200) features three mini tubes of lip glass and a shiny metallic “pencil case”-like zippered pouch. There are three trios to choose from: Nude, Pink, and Rose.
