Being on a work-from-home setup has its own fair share of challenges. I thought that not having to wake up early to brave the traffic would mean that I would have more time to take it easy and get some more sleep, but that couldn’t be further from the truth! As the lines between work and life get blurred, I find myself saddled with a big workload that I often stay up until the wee hours in the morning.

As a mom, however, I still have a lot of responsibilities to my family. Worrying about my work and family life stresses me even more that I find it hard to sleep well. As a result, I find that I’m constantly tired during the day. It’s really important for me that I do my best in everything I do, so I need to find a way to be well-rested so that I have a lot of energy for the days ahead.

When I was asked to try TRIZIE Night Z (P795 for 10pcs at Lazada), a sleep supplement made of natural ingredients, I felt like it was the right fit for what I wanted. Made in the USA, TRIZIE Night Z contains a DreamBoost blend composed of what they call Sleep Holy Grails:

  • L-Theanine – an amino acid from tea to reduce anxiety and stress and promote a positive mood

  • Chamomile – a natural sleep inducer

  • Ginkgo – contains high antioxidants that promote brain function and reduce anxiety

  • Vitamin C – promotes repair and growth of body tissues for overall immunity

  • Choline Bitartrate – improves memory and cognition

  • Pharmagaba – a natural form of GABA (a naturally occurring amino acid) to promote relaxation and anti-stress

  • Brahmi – an Ayurvedic herb that fights stress and improves memory

  • Saffron – a powerful antioxidant that treats insomnia and improves mood

It’s been more than a week since I first tried Trizie Night Z. Before bedtime, I take one tablet with a glass of water. TRIZIE Night Z tablets are individually packaged for ease of use. The pill is not too big for me to swallow and there is no unpleasant taste after. When I take it, I find that I easily fall asleep and sleep soundly through the night.

I wake up the next day feeling refreshed and well-rested.  I find that I have more energy during the day, too. I don’t find myself craving for it or forming a habit of needing to take it every night. However, I really feel a big difference in my sleep and energy during the days that I decide to take a tablet.

I’ve had a good experience taking TRIZIE Night Z so far. After a good night’s sleep, I feel better prepared to work hard and still have energy to tend to my family! After all, we invest in a good mattress, pillows and bedsheets, so why not invest in a sleep supplement to improve sleep quality? TRIZIE Night Z is a good option. As an Irish proverb goes, “A good laugh and a good sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book.”
