The Weekly Haul: Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown, and Lunasol
We might not have spring here in the Philippines, but a change in the season is upon us. A chic, lighthearted face is in order, and our favorite beauty brands are ready to help us achieve it! Check out some of these luxe Spring/Summer 2016 offerings that are sure to make your heart flutter with delight.

Anyhoo, Estee Lauder Philippines recently sent their new Pure Color Gloss, DoubleWear Infinite Waterproof Eyeliner, and Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting Lipstick. Love the colors I got. I used the Royal Amethyst liner in this video and it's so pretty - long-wearing, too. The lipstick shade I got is called Commanding. It's a glam, dramatic color that can not be ignored. I'll post a look with it one of these days!
Bobbi Brown's SS16 collection is pretty massive. There are new Art Sticks, Bush Duos, Brow Gel, Angle Face Brush, Cushion Compact, masks, and illuminating powders. Whew. They're all coming out by end of the month or early April!
Of course, the star of the show is the Skin Foundation Cushion Compact. Our girl Bobbi is a bit late in joining the bandwagon, but it's cool, because nobody knows skin-like foundation as well as she does. Loving the light yet perfecting coverage of this one. More on it as I play with it!
On the Japanese side of the world, Lunasol introduced their SS16 Sparkling collection. Shimmery yet classy palettes dominate this line, while ultra-wearable blushes and lip duos make a sexy yet innocent statement. My top pick is the Sparkling Light Eyes in Pink Sparkling, a pinky bronze and baby pink duo that's perfect for both everyday and evening makeup.
This time, there are five-color palettes like the Sparkling Eyes in Gold Sparkling. Can't help but oooohhhh at the subtle gold shades in this palette. <3
