New: K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner in Brown Black
Why on earth would you want to have a brown black eyeliner? A few reasons. It's that perfect in-between shade if you find black to be too harsh-looking on your eyes, and brown too soft to make a difference. It makes your skin tone and eyes look warmer; if you have light brown eyes, a brown black liner can make them stand out more! Black is a basic color but a brown black gives you that eye for detail. (Get it? Ahaha.)
Anyway, I've got a new eye pen for you to check out: the K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner in Brown Black (P795). This is the latest in K-Palette's growing line of, well, liners! It's an intense shade with a glossy finish, still in the brand's signature long-wearing formula. It's water-resistant (though not waterproof) and doesn't smudge.
The brush remains the same. It has a pointed tip that can be pressed down to get wider lines as needed, and glides on with zero skidding (i.e., it doesn't create "tire marks" on the lids)
I find the shade verrrrry nice since it's wonderfully dark with a hint of brown. I'm not digging the shiny finish though. It's not that it looks bad, just that I prefer matte liners lately. I know that some girls like a small glint in their eyes to draw more attention to them - it's cute - but for me matte = mo' drama!
Still, I find the K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner in Brown Black a valuable addition to my liner collection. Matte pencils trump all for me but liquid liners are still less of a hassle to apply since they go on so smoothly. I love the color, too. It creates a nice not-so-stark contrast to my neutral eye looks. ^_^
Do you need a Brown Black eyeliner in your life? Why or why not?
