KISSME Celebrates 1st Anniversary with a fun Japanese Summer Festival in Manila
The KISSME Heroine Make Mascara has swiftly captured the local beauty market's love, quickly becoming a staple on beauty enthusiasts' must-have lists. This acclaim extends beyond the mascara line to the brand's other sub-brands - Mommy and Baby, Sunkiller, and Heavy Rotation. These sub-brands made their entrance just in the past year and have already become standouts in their respective niches.
Celebrating the first anniversary of KISSME's triumphant return to the Philippines, Beautybox Corp - the company responsible for introducing KISSME and other J-Beauty brands such as K-Palette, Cure Aqua Gel, and Himawari - hosted a vibrant Japanese Summer Festival-themed celebration.

Living on the far eastern side of the Metro, I typically dread journeys to Makati. However, for Beautybox, I'm always glad to make an exception. They consistently host the most enjoyable events, from intimate gatherings to activity-filled soirees, and I simply couldn't afford to miss this one. The event was hosted by the exceptional duo, Liz Lanuzo and Aisaku Yokogawa, and was graced by an enthusiastic crowd who shared a deep fondness for KISSME.
The attendees came prepared for an exhilarating time at the various challenge booths, where they vied for coveted KISSME products. To our delight, Beautybox generously awarded prizes to all participants, ensuring that everyone went home with a memento of the fun-filled day.
When they said it will be filled with fun, games, and makeup, they really meant it and I was so glad to attend KISSME’s anniversary! I highly doubt that you still haven’t tried any of the KISSME products but here are some of my favorites and highly-recommended ones:
Heroine Make Long & Curl Mascara - this mascara is beyond amazing as it gives everything our lashes need - length, volume and curl! Staying power is superb that you’ll need a special remover to easily take it off. This is one of Liz’s favorites mascaras and is a part of her must-buy products of all time!
Sunkiller Perfect Water Essence - looking for a sunscreen that is perfect for everyday and sits well under makeup? This is it! It’s lightweight and non-sticky, has no white cast, and is formulated with hydrating ingredients. This hits all the right spots!
Mommy! UV Mild Gel N - It is not usual to find a sunscreen that is marketed to kids so I am so happy to come across this one! It is made with food-grade ingredients making it safe, even for babies!
