Staff Picks: Reliable and dramatic mascaras
Mascaras make our lashes longer, thicker, curlier, and frame our eyes beautifully. Here at Project Vanity, we don't leave home without it! Here is the team's Holy Grail or current mascara favorites.

Marielle: My current favorite is the Covergirl The Super Sizer by Lashblast Mascara. It delivers impressive volume and longevity in a WASHABLE formula. It also doesn't leave me with clumped lashes, even though I've been using the same tube for a couple of months now. However, this isn't locally available yet. Another memorable mascara is Benefit They're Real. It won't quit, even on a hot, sunny day. When I want to forego the lash curler, the formula has enough hold to keep the lashes pushed back all day.
Kim: My all-time favorite would have to be Avon's SuperShock Max Mascara! I already have a lot of volume, so what I look for in a mascara is a formula that would lengthen, separate, and define my lashes. The SuperShock does all three and does so wonderfully. Plus points that it's cheap too!
Katsy: Current fave is Maybelline's Great Lash Mascara Waterproof. It can keep my lashes curled all day and mascaras rarely do that with my stubborn lashes unless paired with K-Palette's Keep Style Base.
Den: Currently loving Happy Skin Eye Am The One Mascara! It's not exactly HG material for me but I do love how the fiber formula lengthens my lashes without clumping. There's a bit of a learning curve to using this mascara: it performs best when the product has gotten a little tacky.

Stacie: Solid Heroine Make believer here. I am loyal to the brand. I use the Volume and Curl variant, and it never smudges on me plus it lengthens really well!

Kisty: Currently loving the Celeteque 24-hour Volumizer Mascara. It has a retractable brush that allows you to control the volume of the mascara, but what I do love about it is ability to reach the lashes from root to tip!
