Spotlight Next Level Eyes Collection

Still haven’t found your go-to mascara and eyeliner? Local beauty brand Spotlight Cosmetics just might have it. The newest Next Level Eyes Collection is made up of three (3) eye makeup must-haves: the Arch Eyeliner, the 3D Mascara, and the Mascara Remover.
