Lip liners have had a glow-up recently, and I love how they’ve gone from being an afterthought to having an honored spot in every makeup routine. The Ever Bilena No Budge Lip Liner (P 195 / 0.25 g) caught my eye not just because it’s affordable, but for its promise of a rich, silky formula with serious staying power. After trying it, here’s the tea: it’s not just good - it’s great.
First things first, this lip liner glides like a dream. The formula is creamy and smooth, so you won’t feel any tugging or pulling when applying it. Whether you’re defining your lips or filling them in completely, the texture is chef’s kiss. I also love how it sets well after application. It’s not one of those liners that stays overly creamy and smudges everywhere. It dries down just enough to lock in place while still feeling comfortable.

My top tip is to use a lip balm first (a thin layer only, too much and the product won’t set correctly) so that you get more time to work.
