How to give your vanity a makeover
One of my favorite things to watch on YouTube are makeup collection videos. While it’s fascinating to know what beauty gurus have in their collection (and get ideas for products I might want to check out next), these days I’m more interested in the way they organize their stash! My personal favorite is a video that shows how drag queen Kimberly Clark arranges her collection. It’s so satisfying how everything has its own place and how it makes it easier to navigate through a big collection. I also love how she shares that tips she got from the KonMari method, and even DIY-ed some shelves for extra storage!

Are you a big fan of beauty videos? Do you follow along or listen to it while doing your own face? I recently got hooked when I became obsessed with learning how to apply eyeshadow! While PV has a lot of great how-to articles, I feel the need to watch videos so I can see exactly how things are done. I play the video on my phone and plug my earphones in so I can hear the audio better. The setup is a bit of a hassle, especially since I don’t have a vanity table, but my life has been changed by Zhia Beauty’s Smart Vanity Mirror!
Where the magic happens
I think its about time I show you guys the upgraded Project Vanity Headquarters. Hahahaha. Okay seriously, this spot in the condo is where all the magic happens. This is where I come up with looks, do all my swatches and product photos. It's also where I store my current makeup, skincare, and scents. I store my unused stuff somewhere else but that's another story for another day.
So, I'll try not to talk much and just show you what's here.
